Counterparty onboarding
Review corporate profiles, KYC/AML information and the authority of the parties involved.
COMPLIANCE & EXECUTION
Our approach aligns commercial documents, product verification, banking instructions and logistics before material funds are released.
OUR TRANSACTION APPROACH
The sequence and checks depend on the structure and requirements of each transaction.
Review corporate profiles, KYC/AML information and the authority of the parties involved.
Assess seller and allocation-holder authority, product documentation, title evidence and available producer or terminal confirmations.
Align the ICPO, offer documents, commercial invoice and sale and purchase agreement with the agreed transaction procedure.
Use independent inspection, laboratory reports, terminal confirmation or other accepted checks according to the transaction.
Align the payment beneficiary, banking instructions, title-transfer terms and agreed settlement milestones.
Coordinate terminal, storage, vessel, discharge-port and delivery requirements, with closing under executed commercial documents.
RISK CONTROL
Verify the seller, allocation holder, title holder and payment beneficiary. Review sanctions, product origin and logistics in the context of the transaction.
Avoid payments to unrelated third parties unless authority and the payment route are documented and accepted by the relevant banks. Match payment timing to verifiable transaction milestones.
Independent inspection and documented procedures support risk assessment; they do not remove all commercial or transaction risk.
Please do not send passports, bank account details or confidential KYC documents through a general website enquiry. Liverpool can discuss the appropriate documentation route after initial contact.
